What you’ll do:

• Build and manage relationships with clients in the German environmental/renewables markets
• Execute trades across a range of environmental products (e.g. GO, EUA, etc.)
• Identify and act on commercial opportunities in the region
• Help shape market strategy and grow the firm’s footprint in Germany
• Take the lead in setting up and managing a local office as the team scales

What we're looking for:

• 2–5+ years of experience in sales/trading (ideally in energy/environmental markets)
• Deep knowledge of the German market and regulatory environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-starter comfortable with remote work and building from the ground up
